There are none, we understand that different things my happen and we are happy to re-book your appointement or even cancel it the same morning as the booking.

Unfortunately if you forget to inform us, or forget about your appointement we'll charge you the 20£ travel costs

Unfortunately we dont have a waste removal licence, altough we will make sure that all the boxes and other rubbish are left neatly in the place you want.
